Terence holds an MBA from Fontbonne University, a master’s degree in Public Relations from Webster University, and a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Missouri. He pairs proven marketing leadership with a passion for charitable causes, community service, and creating meaningful change.

Tim Rice is a technology strategist and full-stack developer with a unique background in global logistics and business operations. Over the course of his logistics career, he managed complex supply chain solutions for some of the world’s most recognized brands, overseeing projects that spanned continents and required precision, efficiency, and innovation. Transitioning into software development, Tim built expertise in creating custom digital solutions that streamline operations, improve communication, and drive growth. Today, as founder of Consofta, he combines his logistics discipline with technical expertise to help coaches, consultants, and small businesses simplify their marketing and client management. Tim’s approach blends practical systems thinking with a commitment to making technology accessible, personalized, and results-driven.
